TFORS brings together representatives of citizen groups, industry, local governments,
environmental groups, academics, and regulatory agencies committed to designing
control strategies using the best available science with assistance from the
Air Quality Modeling Group (AQM) at the University of Houston's main campus.
TFORS will submit a set of recommendations to the TCEQ (the Texas state regulatory
agency) based on scientific analysis and consensus by the stakeholders.
